The Sibia Ultimate College Admissions Coaching Package encompasses the offerings outlined in our Super Package, but you can additionally take advantage of extensive communication with your personal admissions consultant. You have unlimited email access to your Sibia consultant, who will respond to you promptly within 24 hours, and you will arrange for seven telephone or Skype admissions consulting sessions.

You fill out Sibia's College Admissions Questionnaire to outline the strengths and potential weaknesses in your applicant profile, and to narrow down the list of prospective universities. Your Sibia Consultant will examine your responses before the first college admissions coaching session.

Preliminary College Admissions Coaching

First and Second Sessions: You and your Consultant discuss the key strengths and challenges in your applicant profile, then develop the Master Admissions Plan and identify target schools. Determine steps and deadlines to obtain necessary documents, including recommendation letters, standardized test score reports, and transcripts.

Personal Statement Brainstorming Sheet
Choose Resume Template and Draft Resume

Your Consultant distributes the Sibia Personal Statement Brainstorming Sheet and multiple Resume Templates. You complete the Brainstorming Sheet and complete the first draft of your resume, based on the selected template.

Third Session:                                                                 Personal Statement Outlines

Third Session: You and the Sibia Consultant review the completed Brainstorming Sheet and formulate outlines for all required personal statements.

Personal Statement Drafts and Review

You write the first drafts of each college admissions essay. Your Consultant then thoroughly critiques and edits each draft and returns the redline versions to you within 48 hours of submission.

Fourth Session                                                                Personal Statement Review                                         Resume Review and Editing

Fourth Session: Together, you and the Sibia Consultant discuss, edit and improve the admissions essays. Examine and revise the resume draft to establish final copy, as time allows.

Second Revision & Review
of College Admissions Essays

You finish rewriting each admissions essay and submit them for a second comprehensive review. Your Consultant edits and returns the redline versions of your admissions essays within 48 hours.

Fifth and Sixth Sessions:                                                       Finalize Personal Statements and Resume               Execute Master Admissions Plan

Fifth and Sixth Sessions: Finalize all personal statements and resume. Execute Master Admissions Plan with Target Colleges. You submit all admissions essays and your application resume to the Sibia Consultant for a final Proofread and Polish; all are returned to you in 48 hours. Your Consultant provides the Interviewing Guidelines document and basic interviewing advice.

College Admissions Interview Coaching

Seventh Session: You and your College Consultant conduct a practice admissions interview, after which you receive constructive criticism and helpful advice. Master Admissions Plan is reviewed to ensure all deadlines and goals will be met. General phone and email support for additional college admissions coaching continues for an additional 30 days.
